SP-2015E High accuracy electrical wire stripper machine

The SP-2015E is an electric wire stripping machine for small wires and multi-core cable inner cores. It processes AWG32–AWG11 conductors up to 4 mm OD, with a 20 mm maximum stripping length and 0.01 mm stripping-length tolerance for precise, repeatable benchtop processing.

Operation:

1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Use the wire diameter adjustment knob and digital display to set the processing wire diameter.
3. Position the wire against the centering guide of the blade holder.
4. Touch the sensor once. The machine will complete one stripping cycle and stop automatically.
5. Use the centering adjustment knob to align the wire with the blade center.
6. Set the partial stripping length with the half-strip adjustment knob and reference scale.
7. Adjust the conductor thickness setting with the wire-core thickness knob and digital display. Rotate left to decrease the displayed value or right to increase it.
