CP-50 CP-100 Custom diameter automatic plastic pipe cutting machine

The CP-50 and CP-100 are automatic plastic tube cutting machines designed for inline operation with plastic tube extrusion production lines. Unlike standalone belt-fed models, the tube is fed directly by the extrusion line into the cutting station.

The CP-50 processes tubes up to 50 mm OD, while the CP-100 processes tubes up to 100 mm OD. Other tube diameters can be customized, max 125mm. The machines are suitable for PC, PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PS, PET, and other plastic pipes.

The rotary cold-knife cutting system provides chipless cutting with a flat, smooth cut surface, helping prevent indentation, scratches, and tube deformation. Different tube diameters require interchangeable fixtures to secure the tube and prevent movement during cutting.
