Açıklama
This coaxial cable stripping machine is designed for semi-rigid coaxial cables, triaxial cables, and other multi-layer cables. It supports stripping in up to nine layers. A motor-driven rotary cutting system and updated control system support stable and repeatable cable processing.
Key Features:
- Rotary Stripping System: The machine uses a rotary stripping method with Japanese NSK ball bearings and a precision drive mechanism for stable cutting movement.
- Precision Tungsten Steel Blades: The imported Swiss tungsten steel blades undergo 15-step precision grinding, achieving a blade surface roughness of 0.0005 mm to support accurate cutting.
- Three-Blade Cutting Head: The cutting head is equipped with three blades and centering units, allowing the cable layers to be processed in sequence.
- Automatic or Foot-Switch Start: The stripping cycle starts automatically when the conductor tip touches the trigger sensor. A foot-operated switch can be used when automatic triggering is not suitable, such as when processing flexible conductors.
- Centered Circumferential Cutting: The centering unit positions the cable accurately, while the rotating blades cut around the entire circumference of the insulation. The cutting surface is smooth and free of lines or ridges.
