Açıklama
The CW-A15 is a fully automatic cable cutting and one-end stripping machine for conductors up to 150 mm² (stranded wire). It features belt feeding, digital diameter setting, automatic center positioning, and optional integration with a wire feeder, stacker, or coiler for large-gauge harness production.
The CW-A15 is suitable for processing automotive power cables, electric control cabinet wiring, battery box cables, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, high-power shielded cables, and EV charging station harnesses. It supports cable cutting and one-end stripping in one automatic workflow.

| Take-out Robotic Arm | Automatically picks up and unloads finished wires for continuous unmanned operation; works with collection trays or conveyors. The equipment itself needs to have a table. |
| Wire Twisting Unit | Twists and compacts the copper strands after stripping, preventing stray or reversed strands and making terminal insertion and crimping easier, improving first-pass yield. This function is only effective for small-gauge wires—typically those with a cross-section of 3 mm² or less; it does not produce a twisting effect on wires with stiffer copper strands. |
