CP-50S CP-100S Max diameter 50 -100 mm automatic plastic pipe tubing cutting machine

The CP-50S and CP-100S are automatic plastic pipe and tube cutting machines for PC, PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PS, PET, and other plastic pipes. A custom CP-125S model is available for tubes with a maximum outer diameter of 125 mm.

The series uses a rotary cold-knife cutting system for chipless cutting. The flat, smooth cut surface helps prevent indentation, scratches, tube deformation, and secondary cleaning caused by cutting chips. Belt feeding supports stable individual pipe cutting.

Different tube diameters require interchangeable fixtures. The fixture secures the tube during cutting and prevents movement, supporting stable cutting position and consistent cut quality.
