RD-A40 Shrink Tunnel Oven for Wire Harness & Heat Shrink Applications

This series is an enclosed welded-frame heat shrink tunnel oven, engineered for heat shrinking or baking of relatively small products such as wire harness tubing, heat shrink film, PCBs, inductor coils, copper busbars, and hardware fittings.
1. Four-Sided Heating with Circulating Fan for Uniform Temperature
Far-infrared heating tubes are installed on all four sides of the chamber, working simultaneously with a high-speed centrifugal fan to maintain consistent internal temperature. Products receive heat from every direction, preserving their original properties with no deformation or discoloration after processing.
2. High-Temperature Teflon Belt for Continuous Inline Conveying
Equipped with a heat-resistant Teflon mesh belt (0–350°C), supporting continuous inline feeding for rapid throughput and efficient operation.
3. Dual Layout Options: Floor-Standing & Desktop
The welded-frame construction is available in both floor-standing and desktop configurations. Featuring a compact, precision-engineered structure, custom dimensions and layouts can be tailored to specific requirements.
4. Dual-Zone Intelligent Control for Broad Compatibility
Two independent temperature control systems allow free adjustment of heating temperature and conveyor speed, accommodating diverse product specifications and shrink cycle durations.
5. Thermally Insulated Design for Safety and Energy Efficiency
The electrical control cabinet is positioned away from the heat source. The double-walled heating chamber is packed with 1200°C-rated insulation cotton, keeping the exterior surface cool for a comfortable working environment while minimizing energy waste.
