CB-R03 Rotary blade cutter hard pipe plastic tube cutting machine

The CB-R03 is a rotary blade cutting machine for hard plastic tubes and rigid tubing. It processes 4–30 mm OD tubes at 60–110 pcs/min, with 5–9999 mm cutting lengths, belt traction, touchscreen batch control, and optional tube splitting for automotive and rail harness applications.

The CB-R03 is designed for precise cut-to-length processing of hard plastic tubes and rigid tubing. It is widely used in automotive wire harness, new energy vehicle harness, aerospace, railway train, urban rail transit, and high-voltage cabinet applications.

The rotary blade cutting system produces a smooth cutting surface and reduces the need for secondary processing. The belt traction system feeds the tube without indentation or deformation. When changing to a different tube size, the cutting blade does not need to be replaced; only the feeding guide tube needs to be changed. A custom tube splitting function is also available.
