CB-M05-C fast high speed plastic tubing cutting machine

The CB-M05-C is a high-speed plastic tubing cutting machine for rubber, PVC, silicone, corrugated, and flexible hoses. It cuts Ø1–36 mm soft tubing at 50–400 pcs/min, using a 1.5 kW servo cutting motor, and track belt feeding system.

The CB-M05-C is designed for high-speed cut-to-length processing of rubber tubing, PVC tubing, silicone tubing, corrugated tubing, and other flexible hoses.

The machine uses a motion controller and HMI. Operators can set cutting length, quantity, batch parameters, and grouped cutting programs with different lengths and quantities. The upgraded 1.5 kW servo cutting motor, 57 stepper feed motor, and track belt feeding system support fast and stable tube processing.
