Designed for high‑reliability metal joining, the TP‑T28 and TP‑T50 ultrasonic welders are specifically engineered for copper‑to‑copper applications – welding copper wire onto a copper plate. They deliver consistent, low‑resistance connections with minimal heat input, making them ideal for electric vehicle battery packs, busbars, and other high‑current electrical assemblies.
Built with robust construction and advanced ultrasonic control, the TP‑T series ensures stable energy output, precise weld time, and long tool life. Customisation options for welding tips, fixtures, and power upgrades make these machines adaptable to a wide range of production requirements.
Both models feature a modular 3‑part design (display + controller + welding host) for easy integration, maintenance, and process monitoring. The welding width and terminal fixing tool are customised according to your wire size and terminal shape, ensuring optimum contact and joint strength.
Machine parts – Each unit comprises a display panel, a controller, and the welding host.
Optional transformer – For the TP‑T28, a 110V→220V transformer is available; for the TP‑T50, an optional 207V/480V→380V transformer can be supplied to suit different site voltages.
