The SC-D07 and SC-D10 are semi-automatic coaxial cable stripping machines for flexible and semi-flexible cables. They process 0.81–7 mm or 1–9.5 mm OD cables, support stripping lengths up to 55 mm or 65 mm, and handle up to nine layers.
The SC-D07 and SC-D10 are programmable coaxial cable stripping machines designed for thin, tough, and slightly out-of-round wires or cables. Depending on the model, the machine uses a two-blade or four-blade rotary stripping head to support stable multi-layer processing.
Key Features:
- Rotary Stripping Head: The compact rotary head improves stripping stability and supports long service life.
- Multi-Layer Processing: Supports stripping of up to nine layers, including multi-layer and multi-stage stripping applications.
- Model-Specific Processing Range: The SC-D07 processes 0.81–7 mm OD cables with stripping lengths up to 55 mm. The SC-D10 processes 1–9.5 mm OD cables with stripping lengths up to 65 mm.
- Servo-Driven Motion Control: A servo motor, precision ball screw, and multi-point motion control system support stable and efficient operation.
- Durable Stripping Tools: The stripping blades are made from high-quality steel, with optional titanium coating for improved wear resistance.
