Ink Colors

Black and white inks are available as standard, meeting contrast requirements on different wire colors. White ink is especially suitable for black and dark-colored insulation, while black ink is ideal for light-colored wires.

How It Works

The inkjet printer is seamlessly integrated into the fully automatic machine, wire stripping machine, terminal crimping machine and tube cutting machine and so on.

For the automatic wire stripping machine, the marking position can be set directly on the touch screen of the automatic machine and adjusted automatically with the processing program. The marking content (such as serial numbers, characters, production dates and batch numbers) is generally set on the inkjet printer’s own interface — once configured, it works in sync with the main machine for continuous, stable, and clearly legible online marking.
