The PF-R40 PreFeeder is designed for a wide range of wire spool types, including normal wire, steel wire rope, electronic cable, ribbon cable, and twin wire. Featuring a vertical pay-off structure. It can be integrated with automatic terminal crimping machines, automatic computer wire cutting machines, automatic tube cutting machines, and automatic wire winding & bundling machines.
- This unit supports forward/reverse switching and free wire feeding.
- The wire is smoothly drawn from the top of the spool, effectively preventing twisting and knotting during unwinding.
- Equipped with a sensor, the unit enables automatic induction speed change for intelligent wire pre-feeding.
- A speed control button is also provided, allowing operators to set the maximum feeding speed according to the downstream machine’s requirements, ensuring smooth synchronization.
- Designed with cost-effectiveness and space efficiency, this compact wire feeder offers convenient operation.
