This series of machines is engineered for precision stripping of coaxial cables, suitable for a wide range of flexible and semi-flexible cables used in the communications, medical, and automotive industries.

The SC-D23 model has been fully upgraded and is now available in four variants: SC-D2310, SC-D2315, SC-D2325, and SC-D2335. These offer stripping lengths from 100 mm to 350 mm to meet diverse application needs. Blades and other consumables remain interchangeable across the series.

Equipped with a three-blade cutting head and integrated centering unit, the machine ensures sequential and precise processing of the cable’s outer diameter through its specially designed cutter system.

High-quality, durable blades and components allow for fast processing speeds, significantly reducing cycle times.

Operation is simplified with just three intuitive controls for setting diameter, stripping length, and pull-off length. The display shows cut diameter in precise 0.01 mm increments.

The processing cycle can be easily activated: simply touch the conductor tip to the trigger sensor to start stripping automatically. If automatic triggering is not suitable—for instance, with highly flexible conductors—a foot switch is provided as an alternative.

The centering unit ensures exact cable alignment, while the rotating blades deliver a clean, smooth cut around the entire circumference of the insulation, free of marks or ridges.

Supports multiple stripping modes: full strip, half strip, mid-strip, and twisting.
