SC-D18 Semi auto big diameter coaxial wire strip machine

This series of semi-automatic coaxial cable stripping machines is designed for flexible and semi-flexible coaxial cables used in communications, medical, and automotive applications.

The SC-D25 has been upgraded to the SC-D23 series, including the SC-D2310, SC-D2315, SC-D2325, and SC-D2335. Depending on the model, stripping lengths range from 100 mm to 350 mm to meet different processing requirements. Blades and other consumables are interchangeable between the SC-D25 and SC-D23 series.

Key Features:

1. Three-Blade Cutting Head: The cutting head is equipped with three blades and centering units, allowing the cable layers to be processed in sequence.
2. Durable Blade System: Durable blades and components support high processing speeds and help reduce cycle time.
3. Simple Parameter Adjustment: Three adjustment controls set the cutting diameter, stripping length, and pull-off length. The display shows the cutting diameter in 0.01 mm increments.
4. Automatic or Foot-Switch Start: The stripping cycle starts automatically when the conductor tip touches the trigger sensor. A foot-operated switch can be used when automatic triggering is not suitable, such as when processing flexible conductors.
5. Centered Circumferential Cutting: The centering unit positions the cable accurately, while the rotating blades cut around the entire circumference of the insulation. The cutting surface is smooth and free of lines or ridges.
6. Multiple Processing Modes: Supports full stripping, partial stripping, mid-strip processing, and twisting.
