The CB-U02 and CB-U03 are automatic cutting machines for corrugated and standard plastic tubes. They process 4–30 mm or 5–60 mm OD tubes, with custom options for larger sizes, touchscreen batch control, optional splitting, and quick feeding guide changes for automotive and industrial harness applications.
The universal touchscreen control system provides Chinese and English interfaces, digital parameter setting, and convenient production control. An optional longitudinal splitting function is available for custom applications.
They are widely used in automotive wire harnesses, new energy vehicle harnesses, aerospace, railway trains, urban rail transit, high-voltage cabinets, and other industrial applications.

No Cutting Tool Change: Different tube sizes can be processed by changing the feeding guide tube without replacing the cutting tool.
Optional Splitting Function: A custom longitudinal splitting function is available for corrugated tube processing.
