CB-V06 Visual system precision cut corrugated pipe wave peak machine

The CB-V06 is designed for precision cutting of long corrugated tubes at the wave peak or wave valley, also referred to as the corrugation crest or trough. A visual sensor system detects the cutting position before processing, supporting accurate and repeatable tube cutting.

The machines use belt traction and a displacement sensor to control tube feeding. Automatic tube pre-feeding and delivery reduce manual handling and improve processing efficiency. The universal touchscreen system provides Chinese and English operation, PLC control, and digital parameter setting. A custom longitudinal splitting function is available for corrugated tube applications.
