Wire Harness Braiding Machine

Designed for braiding wire harnesses used in automobiles, construction vehicles, aircraft, and more.
Standard carriers: 16, 24, 32, 48 (36/40 carriers available upon request). Compatible materials include PVC/nylon composite yarn, PET, aramid, and nylon. Machine selection is based on harness dimensions.
Two yarn supply methods: direct paper tube insertion and rewinding onto bobbins. All models use 90-type braiders, except the 16-carrier unit which features a 110 mm deck plate with 90 mm spring carriers.
Available configurations: Standard (without top take-up), Economy (with top take-up), and Premium (with top take-up).
Operation: foot switch + hand-held pendant.

Two Yarn Supply Methods
Direct Paper Tube Insertion – Small paper tubes are inserted directly into modified bobbins, eliminating the need for rewinding.
Advantage: No rewinder required.
Drawback: Limited to specific tube sizes; lower versatility and higher material cost.
Rewinding onto Bobbins – Large supply packages are rewound onto bobbins using a separate rewinder before loading onto the braider.
Advantage: Compatible with any material package size.
Drawback: Requires a dedicated rewinding machine.

Standard Model (PT-B16/24/32/48): Without top take-up, suitable for harnesses up to 3 meters in length.

Upgraded Model (PT-BC16/24/32/48): Equipped with a top take-up unit and dual variable frequency drive, designed for long harnesses.
