RD-P18 Open-Type Tabletop Heat Shrink Tunnel with Teflon Mesh Conveyor

This series features an open-frame, desktop-type welded rack structure, designed for heat shrinking and baking of wire harness heat shrink tubing (electronics & new energy), PCBs, inductor coils, copper busbars, and hardware components. It is especially suited for products with a small heating area and short length, or products that require shrinking on one end only — making it an ideal companion for wire harness processing and electronics manufacturing lines.

• Four-Sided Infrared Heating — Uniform Shrinking, No Deformation
  Far-infrared heating tubes are mounted on all four sides (top, bottom, left, right) for simultaneous heating. A high-speed centrifugal fan circulates the heat evenly, keeping the entire chamber at a constant temperature. Products are heated uniformly from every direction, preserving their original properties — no deformation, no discoloration, consistently stable quality after shrinking and baking.
• Heat-Resistant Mesh Conveyor — High-Efficiency Inline Operation
  The conveyor uses a high-temperature Teflon mesh belt (resistant up to 0–350 °C), enabling continuous inline feeding with fast baking speed and high throughput — perfect for volume production.

  An intelligent control system allows free adjustment of both heating temperature and conveyor speed, adapting easily to different products’ temperature and shrinking-time requirements. One machine, many applications.

  The independent electrical control box is positioned away from the high-temperature zone for safer operation. The heating chamber features a double-layer design with high-temperature insulation cotton (rated to 1200 °C) in between, keeping the outer surface cool to the touch — a more comfortable working environment with less energy waste.
