SP-R10 Rotating blade large gauge wire stripping peeling machine

The SP-R10 is a semi-automatic rotary blade stripping machine for thick wires and cable insulation. It processes standard cable outer diameters from 5 mm to 25 mm, with custom wire diameter ranges available upon request. The stripping length is adjustable from 1 mm to 100 mm, and the maximum stripping length is not customizable.

The SP-R10 is suitable for single-strand soft wires, multi-strand soft wires, hard wires, sheathed wires, flat wires, and other difficult-to-strip cable products. The rotary blade cuts around the cable circumference, and the pneumatic cylinder pulls the cut insulation section away from the conductor.

Key Features:

1. Customizable Wire Diameter Range: The standard machine processes 5–25 mm cable outer diameters. Custom wire diameter ranges are available upon request.
2. Fixed Stripping Length Range: Stripping length is mechanically adjustable from 1 mm to 100 mm using the limit rod. The maximum stripping length cannot be customized.
3. Rotary Blade Cutting: The rotating blade cuts around the cable circumference for stable insulation cutting.
4. Pneumatic Cylinder Pull-Off: The pneumatic cylinder removes the cut insulation section, reducing manual operation.
5. Digital Cutting Settings: Cutting depth and blade retraction values can be set directly on the display.
