The CB-T15 is an automatic cutting and tape wrapping machine for nylon braided racing hoses. It cuts hoses and wraps both ends with non-elastic adhesive tape in one process, with adjustable wrapping turns, and, reducing separate handling and improving production efficiency.
The universal touchscreen control system supports digital setting of cutting length, clamping pressure, wrapping turns, and production parameters. The belt feeding and a stepper motor provide stable hose transport, while the motorized clamping system supports accurate digital adjustment.

Track Belt Feeding: The stepper-motor-driven track belt feeding system provides stable hose transport at up to 1 m/s.
Motorized Digital Clamping: Tube clamping pressure is adjusted digitally for repeatable positioning.
High-Speed Steel Blade: The 85 mm stroke blade is made from high-speed steel for clean cutting.
Smooth Cutting Surface: Produces a flat, burr-free cut with ±0.5 mm cutting position accuracy.
