Descripción
This pneumatic wire stripping machine is designed for stripping AC/DC power cords, computer wires, electronic wires, and multi-conductor cables. The blade set can be replaced to match different wire diameters and stripping requirements.
Features:
- Ergonomic Angled Design: The inclined rear structure supports comfortable operation and convenient wire positioning.
- Double-Acting Cylinder: The double-acting pneumatic cylinder eliminates the need for a return spring, reducing spring-related failure and supporting stable reciprocating motion.
- Lubricated Cylinder Structure: Regular oil lubrication reduces internal cylinder wear and helps extend service life.
- Pneumatic Control: The pneumatic control system provides responsive operation and reduces operator effort during daily production.
- Replaceable Blade Sets: Blades can be changed to accommodate different wire diameters and insulation materials.
- Mechanical Stripping-Length Adjustment: Stripping length is adjusted mechanically. Operators need to measure and calibrate the wire stop rod during setup or product changeover.
