The CB-M05-C is a high-speed plastic tubing cutting machine for rubber, PVC, silicone, corrugated, and flexible hoses. It cuts Ø1–36 mm soft tubing at 50–400 pcs/min, using a 1.5 kW servo cutting motor, 57 stepper feed motor, and belt feeding system.

The CB-M05-C is designed for high-speed cut-to-length processing of rubber tubing, PVC tubing, silicone tubing, corrugated tubing, and other flexible hoses.
The machine uses a motion controller and HMI. Operators can set cutting length, quantity, batch parameters, and grouped cutting programs with different lengths and quantities. The upgraded 1.5 kW servo cutting motor, 57 stepper feed motor, and track belt feeding system support fast and stable tube processing.
High-Speed Servo Cutting: The upgraded 1.5 kW servo cutting motor supports faster cutting than standard motor configurations.
Wide Tubing Compatibility: Suitable for rubber tubes, PVC tubes, silicone tubes, corrugated tubes, and other flexible hoses.
Belt Feeding: The belt feeding system provides stable material transport and helps protect the tubing surface.
Motion Controller and HMI: Supports digital parameter setting, grouped cutting programs, and convenient daily operation.
Grouped Cutting Function: Different cutting lengths and quantities can be set within one group program.
Standard Utility Blade: Uses a standard 18 mm utility blade for convenient replacement and low tooling cost.
Flexible Production Speed: Supports 50–400 pcs/min depending on the cutting length and tubing material.
