The CB-M05A is a heavy-duty cutting machine for thick rubber tubes, industrial hoses, strips, and belts. Uses a reinforced cylinder-driven blade to process 1–60 mm materials with stable, accurate feeding.
The CB-M05A is designed for cut-to-length processing of thick-wall rubber tubes, industrial rubber hoses, silicone hoses, PVC hoses, reinforced hoses, corrugated protective tubes, cable protection sleeves, flat belts, and similar strip materials. It is also suitable for certain harder materials, subject to material testing and tooling confirmation.
Compared with the CB-F01, the CB-M05A uses a reinforced cylinder-driven cutting system and wear-resistant blade for thicker and harder materials.

Touchscreen Control: Cutting length, quantity, batch settings, and production parameters can be set directly on the touchscreen.
Grouped Cutting Programs: Different cutting lengths and quantities can be programmed within one group, supporting flexible production requirements.
Safety and Integration: A safety guard is included, and the machine can be integrated with an inkjet printer, payoff stand, or other auxiliary equipment.
Two Model Options: The CB-M05A is intended for thick tubes, strips, and belts, while the CB-M05B uses a rotary knife for thin metal tubes.
