This wire stripping twisting and ferrule crimping machine, It is suitable for crimping a variety of loose tubular terminals onto cables, twisting function to prevent loose conductors when crimping, and Not need to change crimping dies for different size terminals.
Stripping, piercing terminals, and crimping terminals are completed in 2.5 seconds, greatly improving efficiency; Applied for the tubular terminal from 0.3mm² to 4mm².

What does the TS-R02 automatic ferrule crimping machine do?
The TS-R02 completes wire stripping, copper strand twisting and ferrule (bootlace / tubular terminal) crimping in one automatic cycle of just 2.5 seconds per wire. It is designed for loose tubular ferrules and is especially suitable for multi-core cable and control cabinet wiring production.
Do I need to change crimping dies for different ferrule sizes?
No. The TS-R02 uses four-side crimping tooling that covers the full range without changing dies. For different terminal sizes, only the guides and terminal washers need to be replaced, and the standard configuration includes 3 feeder sets covering 0.3–0.5, 0.75–1.5 and 2.5–6.0 mm².
What wire sizes can the TS-R02 process?
The machine handles BVR wires from 0.5 to 6 mm² (0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0 and 6 mm²), with ferrules up to 7.5 mm insulator length and 10 mm conductor length. Maximum stripping length is 12 mm.
Why is the twisting function important when crimping ferrules?
Twisting compacts the copper strands before they enter the ferrule, preventing stray or reversed strands that cause bad crimps and shorts. This is especially important for stranded and very thin wires, and it significantly improves first-pass yield.
What utilities are required to run the machine?
The TS-R02 requires a compressed air supply of 0.6–0.8 MPa and standard AC 220V or 110V power. The machine weighs about 50 kg with a compact footprint of 39 × 42 × 50 cm, suitable for benchtop installation.
